This vacuum cleaner is just fine. It's specifically advertised as good for pet hair, but with pet hair it's absolutely IMPOSSIBLE! If you like to disassemble the vacuum cleaner 3-5 times during cleaning, then this vacuum cleaner is for you. It literally clogs every 1-3 minutes and needs to be taken apart to clear the clog. My dog is not even long haired but a short haired labrador. Even if you plan to vacuum things like leaf particles, Christmas tree pine needles, cardboard cut into tiny confetti by your kids, long hair of human women, etc., you will not like this vacuum cleaner. Ugh, it's crazy, vacuuming is the greatest pain you know. So upset I spent money on this 6 months ago. Can't wait to save up for Dyson like I originally wanted to.
