The product is genuine and the bristles are soft, I love that they came in boxes, a bit sad that these boxes were wrapped in plastic. I use charcoal toothpaste and the brush didn't stain for a while (although it eventually did, but I was surprised at how long it lasted!). Overall very happy with it and would recommend.
