I like their expertise in this field of software development which is very helpful at times when we are solving any problems. The cost structure has been bit high but overall it's good experience with them so far. There isn't much that i dislike about aditatm technologies as such they have delivered quality services on time without compromising standards or deadlines given by clients. Their support team always goes an extra mile helping me understand my queries even if its something small that requires some attention from technical point of view. They also provide training sessions where you can get your doubts cleared out along with live demonstrations regarding different aspects of our products. I like that it is very user friendly and has many options available to customize your experience as well as create custom fields. It also provides excellent customer service. The UI could be a bit more modern but overall this software does what you need it to do in an effective manner. If you are looking for something easy to use then this program is perfect for you. This product allows us to easily track our customers from first contact until close of sale/renewal or cancellation.
