Decent camera for the money

I bought this camera to replace the Sony Hi-8. The video quality is very good as is the excellent telephoto lens. the sound quality is poor. when filming, the camera records engine noise and when the scene is quiet enough, the camera noise is very annoying when playing back. when there is a lot of sound in the picture, it masks the camera noise. therefore, when taking photos, my advice is: talk a lot or just record music while photographing landscapes I am still having trouble loading my computer's internal storage I contacted Sony customer service and they were unable to resolve the issue I connected the camera to two separate computers and each of them said that they could not determine the source. I have wasted 16 gigabytes of internal memory. Color quality is excellent, low Li cht is pretty good. Certainly much better than my old camera. , There are a number of scene settings. I found the intelligent car mode to work very well and automatically detect the surroundings. Manual adjustments are not necessary in my opinion. I'm using a 16GB memory card and you can get around 4 hours of recording time on the lowest HD settings. Don't bother with the default settings. Overall, this camera is very good for its price. Very compact, build quality is good. Most of the controls are easy to use but require reading the manual. Which brings me to another small problem. The instruction manual of the camera is bad. You need to go online and download a manual that will give you complete information about the job. If you don't, you will be lost. All my other Sony products have great manuals and this is the first that doesn't fit. The online manual is very detailed.
