I have to say this is the best USB 3.0 dual monitor dock I can find and I have tested several of them. good price, it's reliable and works well with every brand and type of PC I've tried it with (there have been six different brands/models of Windows 10 laptops so far), including two different Microsoft SurfaceBook models and various models . from HP and Dell. I've bought six of these (between home and work needs) for myself, my family members and colleagues at my office and have been great every time. Just make sure you get the updated DisplayLink software from the website and update the DisplayLink software when new versions are released. It has nothing to do with this product, it's just that patches and updates from Microsoft have broken products with DisplayLink chips in the past.
