I ended up buying this belt in case I need to get someone out of a ditch or snowdrift. When we lived in Chicago we were absolutely exhausted from the bad weather. The day I received the product, I didn't even take it apart but threw it in the trunk of my Toyota 4runner. Of course, we had planned 6 inches of snow that day. As I drive down the road, I see a woman who lost control of her SUV and jumped off an embankment, crashed into a retaining wall and blew out two tires.
