If you've never seen a pellet stove or the super fine ash it produces, just imagine the wood burning completely and turning to gray dust. It's pretty much everything, and it GOES ANYWHERE. If you let it, having something that works well to erase is absolutely necessary. This filter fits my old Ridgid vacuum cleaner, which allows me to give my pellet stove a thorough cleaning inside and out without spreading fine ash like baby hair everywhere.
