great customer service

the description says it comes with a storage bag which i didn't have, after a ride the seat starts to tear under the bottom where the cover is stapled together. I'm changing my rating to excellent customer service, they refunded me for the problem I had, so the problem I had may not be normal. The seat is comfortable for my first ride.
