This little bad boy is now my go to. Been a Teflon girl for many years but as my cooking grows more gourmet I wanted to update my cookware. AAAAND I am tired of the nasty carcinogenic black flecks from the non stick stuff. First the weight -nice and substantial like a goof pot should be. Feels good in the hands. Balanced. Even loaded with food. Heat distribution is even. I zapped it in a couple places with my laser therm. steady even heat. No hotspots! Handle stays cool to the touch. Clean up is a breeze and it came with a restoring polish so I can keep it mirror pretty! It has a place on my wall with my other "show" cookware. Get it. It's a a worthy buy for the price!
