Works great with a pan; Not so much with the Steamer
after seeing the descriptions as I couldn't attach my candy thermometer to the side of the pot on top of the steamer to melt the chocolate to make sure it was the right temperature. . It didn't work, fell into the chocolate and made a huge mess. Works on the side of a regular pot, but the clip that came with my thermometer will do as well. Instructions in Chinese on a plastic bag with no translation. Don't waste money.
