Very fast next day delivery. Installation was easy. I connected my computer to the router with an ethernet cable, accessed the default address 192.168.5.1, entered the default password and the router opened the setup wizard. Having special installation needs, I switched from the wizard to a manual install, but it seemed to me that the wizard would quickly install everything automatically with the usual settings. In my setup, my main router listed IP addresses under 192.168.1.1. .1.x instead of 192.168.5.x, so I had to manually change the router's IP address, set it to bridge AP mode, and disable DHCP. I also tweaked a number of other settings to suit my needs, saved and rebooted the router. So far the router has worked perfectly as my WiFi distributor. There are 4 modes to choose: Gateway, Bridged AP, 2.4G Repeater and 5G Repeater, which allows you to connect with PPPoE, Dynamic IP or Static IP. It has 4 LAN ports for 1GB Ethernet speed. It has 2 WIFI options: 2.4GHz signal for 300Mbps speed with 40MHz bandwidth and 5GHz signal for 1733Mbps speed with 80MHz bandwidth. See my iPhone reporting a WiFi speed of 400Mbps provided by the router over a 5GHz signal. There are many advanced settings like MU MIMO, Multicast, etc. for those who want to customize their own WiFi settings. It has a USB port for connecting a USB storage device. I already have one on my main router so I haven't used the port on that router. I noticed that the setup screen mentions that the USB stick needs to be formatted as NTFS. WiFi coverage is pretty good. I placed the router on the 2nd floor and the devices received a strong signal throughout the house.
