At first I wasn't sure if I could use this kit or not. Upon careful examination, I discovered that my original nose pieces had a hard plastic panel covered with a silicone gasket. Replacement pads did not come with a hard plastic sheet. They would be easier to install if they came with fixed panels, but they were easy to install nonetheless. It was a bit of a hassle getting the screws into the hole, but not that bad. I haven't had them long enough to speak about durability so I'll just have to wait and see.
