I received this chair pretty quickly. It was relatively easy to assemble and a flat surface should ensure smooth operation. After assembling it, I immediately realized that the chair wasn't for me. I'm small and the chair doesn't lower down far enough for people under 5 feet. The seat itself was comfortable, but I bought this chair to replace another chair. This new chair isn't wide enough considering he's BIG with hips and a big butt. I gifted the chair to my son who is taller and shorter. The chair is good overall, it just doesn't fit the "Big and Tall" description. for all It is made in China and their size is not US size for LARGE and Tall So 1. NOT for short people 2. NOT for TALL wide people.
