I did a lot of research before investing in this juicer. I've read countless reviews, spent days looking at YouTube video comparisons and juice discounts. Learned all about centrifugal and masticatory juicers. And I felt that investing in a good quality juicer would pay off over time as it would produce more juice than cheaper, lower quality juicers and thus save money on products I will buy over the next 10 years would have to. I received it from Revain very quickly. And it was easy to put together - just line up the red dots and make sure the stem snaps to the base in the middle. The lid will not attach unless everything is seeded correctly. Likewise . Always remember to put the rubber stopper back into the bottom of the pulp tray before use (you will need to pull it out during cleaning to clean the pulp tray)! Don't forget, otherwise your juice may leak! I did it once. learned my lesson I will never forget that again! Luckily, this is all pretty easy to learn, and after two tries I figured it out. Just read the instructions first and you'll be fine. I bought it in pearl red and it is beautiful. Looks so cute in my kitchen. Highly recommended! Also, I love its ability to eat itself and the quality of the juice produced is amazing! So delicious! At first I threw everything but the kitchen sink and my juice didn't taste that good. But then I really started thinking about different flavor combinations and what I like instead of having online gurus tell me what I MUST drink. Everyone advises 3-5 vegetables per fruit due to the sugar content. But I do like to eat lots of fruit with just 1 or 2 added veggies - I don't worry about fructose because I know I'm getting sooooo many great vitamins, minerals and valuable disease-fighting phytonutrients that are so much better. for me drinking fresh fruit juice with 1 vegetable than no juice at all. And if I had to drink vegetable juice. I wouldn't drink juice at all. 'Cause I can't choke on this cabbage and wheatgrass. Give me apples, carrots, pears, mangoes, papayas, pineapples, grapes and oranges every day! So now every day I make delicious juices that I LOVE and look forward to every morning. I also find this juicer to be quite easy to clean. The trickiest part is using the brush handle to remove the remaining pulp from the pulp chute, but this can easily be avoided by rinsing the device with water after juicing. Before disassembling for cleaning, close the small lid at the end of the juice spout and then slowly fill the juicer with fresh water through the hopper and run for about ten seconds, then open the lid and let it rinse completely . into a jug. Do it TWICE. This really helps a lot in rinsing the pulp and makes cleanup a lot quicker and easier. This juicer has never locked up for me (although it does have a reverse button in case that ever happens). I've never had a problem removing the cover or disassembling any part of it. It actually works like a dream for me. As I said, I like it very much!
