Poor quality and lid Does not fit

The label on the box states that the 10508D does not fit the 2005 Dodge Ram 3500 Diesel as intended. I contacted a third party with no solution. I'm stuck with a lid that doesn't fit. Unfortunately, this purchase turned out to be a waste of time and money. The key needs to be inserted One of the ways it works and I was unimpressed with the build quality. I'm sorry but I don't buy from Stant.
