I am 5ft 5in, 160lbs and have a long torso. Bigger chest, smaller butt. I ordered a large and found it to be the right size, although like all one-piece suits it might be an inch too long for my longer torso. Size XL would fit better in length but would be too big elsewhere. The piece is very flattering and exactly like the picture (more revealing than I'm used to but I knew what I was buying). Haven't used the suit yet, so I can't rate its performance or ability to hold things in place. By the way, my husband, who is never impressed by my fashion shows, said he liked the costume.
