I don't give many products 5 stars but this one deserves it. The kit included four "channels", double-sided tape for each channel, and screws. I chose the tape and although it's only been a few days it's holding up really well. I only used two ducts for my desk, as well as velcro and small "clasps" that can keep cables tidy where I didn't want to use the duct. I haven't counted the number of cables that are now hidden, but there are quite a few different diameters and these channels made it very easy to insert all the cables. I'd like a before photo (if I had, I'd post a photo after). I was very impressed! UPDATE: Half a year has passed since the installation and these channels are stuck!
