Item received in an Amazon box along with other items I ordered at the same time. When I opened the chain it contained an empty plastic bag and a card pictured with the chain. There is no necklace at all. Not in a bag. Not on the map. I immediately called Amazon and they told me there was nothing they could do until 619 to report a missing person. It's my daughter's 17th birthday and the day I wanted to give this to her. So disappointed.
