Wi-Fi 6 Mesh Network Netgear Nighthawk helped us a lot. It reliably distributes the signal to more parts of our office, which is good. Ever since we got it working properly, we've all noticed an improvement in connectivity. However, the installation was quite complex and surprisingly slow for two reasons. First, Netgear wants users to be able to control the system from their cell phones. The setup is geared towards using their mobile app, and this app is buggy and surprisingly inefficient. It probably took us eight hours of work over two days to really single-handedly find the one setting that made the difference for network lighting. And we did it on the Netgear website, not the app. The second reason it took so long was Netgear's technical support. In their best characterization, they are ineffective as a group. They are trained to read routines rather than thinking about a problem to solve it. It was very uncomfortable. We spoke to three different first level technical assistants, none of them could get us where we needed to go and none of them wanted to pass our problems on to more experienced technicians.
