Very good solution; user friendly interface

The team is very helpful in supporting us through our complex transition from one product suite into another with minimal disruption or downtime within customer service level agreements (SLA). A great benefit we enjoyed was being able give them access to some sensitive data without needing additional security measures that would have been difficult logistically/costly at this time period given budgeting constraints & regulatory requirements. We had multiple teams involved across different geographies where there were many stakeholders who needed visibility - which became challenging due their relative positions but they've handled every situation well! As much I enjoy working collaboratively internally it's harder when external parties need information quickly so any help offered has always met expectations regardless if its just general feedback about communication issues etc. The best part is that it is easy to understand, even if you have no experience at all. It is also very useful for those who are new in this field. I think that the price is not cheap but we can't really complain about that, because it's an excellent tool. We were able to manage our customer support team easily and efficiently. We were able to create training courses and organize them easily.
