Very Effective Self-treatment Too. Works well for neck and shoulders
This tool is great for trigger points throughout the body, but I find it most useful for neck and shoulder areas. I sit in front of a computer all day and experience pain in between shoulder blades. This tool helps tremendously. This is super easy to use and you can easily apply good pressure with minimal effort. I realized there’s so many other ways to use this like for my feet and that side leg/butt muscle area. I never would have guessed it was as versatile as it is, would definitely recommend!
