Very helpful in getting jobs scheduled/processed efficiently with little down time of employees. Allows customers to track status via email once items are processed by our team members. Can be very buggy at times even if using same machine as others but we've found this software works best when used together! Tracking orders sent out-of-office makes my job much easier!! Benefits include more efficient processing while freeing up employee's personal day schedule (as well). The best part of this product are its integration with other products like Lotus Notes/Domino as well customer service which help in solving our queries quickly if they have any related to siebel CRM platform! I dislike nothing apart from some minor issues but can be addressed by technical support team within an instant once reported so not much dislikes here!! We use it mainly because we need all kind data available at one place along wth email notification feature etcetc.
