Terrible, horrible, horrible. Only two of the four bolts fit snugly into the anchor threads. Either very soft metal or misaligned anchors or both. So two of the four screws can be used and the other two need to be drilled out with self tapping screws or something. Either bad design or bad quality control or both. It's a shame because the chairs look beautiful. This is a big mistake for a chair where function is as important as form.
