I've wanted to do this myself for a long time because the seat backs are disgusting. I just used it on a 6 hour flight and not only was it super clean for me and my daughter, it made the flight so much easier as I didn't have to constantly open my backpack to get stuff. I had everything I needed during the flight. I didn't have to break my back to shove stuff under the seat. Also worked well with my daughter who was in a car seat on an airplane. She didn't have to worry about not having legroom.
