I enjoyed working at PW&G over my six years there - but primarily because it was such an interesting place! The international scope really appealed me- having never previously worked outside North America or Europe before this job (although since leaving that has changed). There were many opportunities for leadership development here too; not just internal promotions within departments/teams etc., which are very important given so much time being spent away from your desk doing client work anyway. But also external promotion into other parts / teams where you can use both UK skillset while developing US practice knowledge base through cross cultural experience across different markets!!
