I love this water! We were using a friend's Kangen until we got this. We couldn't afford Kangen, so we looked for other companies. I kept going back to Bowell. I'm so glad I bought this. We bought through Revain so we could make payments. The best investment. Our whole family feels a lot healthier and the taste is amazing. Because of hard water we have a pre-filter. We couldn't be happier. The seller is wonderful! All of our questions were answered very quickly. He was very helpful. I couldn't get our pre-filter to work, but the unit itself worked perfectly. He told me to flush the pre-filter myself and then plug it in. Went like clockwork. I highly recommend this product. It's so nice to get water from our tap instead of lugging around plastic water jugs for our friends. I could taste plastic. I would buy from this seller again.
