The extendable handle makes it easy to hit those spots you can't reach without becoming a contortionist. The handle extends easily locks into place with a quick twist. I love the foam roller. It allows for 100% even coverage. The rollers are easy to switch out and to clean. I wish I would've bought this years ago!

- I like the adjustable stick but a sponge applicator would work much better
