Product: Gerber Baby Cotton Twill Hooded Jacket (Baby) This super cute spring jacket is perfect when a light coat is needed. The outer shell is 100% cotton, as is most of the lining. The sleeves have a smooth lining, thanks to which the sleeves of the shirt do not roll down. The material moves well / ensures free and easy movement of small hands. It's not waterproof, but it's machine washable. Overall satisfied and I think the quality matches the price.
