Dead out of the gate

I'm so disappointed I was so happy to receive this. I let it charge for at least 20 hours. and when I went to use it it was completely dead. I looked at the instructions and they said something - if the floss doesn't work, contact them. I don't want to have to deal with tech support to use my damn toothbrush! It should be easy. plug in, brush/brush your teeth. After not getting it to work after fiddling twice, I just undid this stupid thing. Really unsatisfied with this purchase.
