There is no customer service as it is based in China. Buyers should be aware of this

I bought this solar service item but I don't want to install it due to some feedback that it drained the battery after connecting. I can't use the cigarette lighter as mine is off when the car isn't running so I can only use the battery terminals. battery and do not drain the battery? 2- Or can I just disconnect the solar panel cable while keeping the clamp cables attached to the battery? i need some suggestions The last time customer service replied to anyone on Revain was when they got that "YEAR AGO". Like most Chinese sellers on Revain, they disappear once a sale is made. Terrible, terrible customer service. They leave the customer for a dry period.
