The Type A end is badly glued so removing the USB connector will most likely (and REALLY) remove the casing and an internal "Stick" leaves . " in place. IN OTHER WORDS IT'S RELAXING! Of course you can just put it back together, but you'll have to use super glue or epoxy where the manufacturer seems to have used hopes and dreams to hold this thing together. ***NOTE *** If you are ONLY using a Type-C connector that only goes through a hole in the case, the "guts" will only pull out at one end, but if you only want Type-C then why should you buy that??
