Excellent Baoding balls. Very therapeutic
They are great. I looked at many different bullets, both steel, ceramic and marble. They are copper and weighted (no chimes), which I prefer. Copper has healing properties and its weight really works on your fingers. They feel incredible. After use, they leave a copper smell on the hands. My hands are medium sized and they are good for me. If you are thinking about getting Baoding balls and looking at the $12-$20 range, I would suggest spending $20 more and buying them. The quality is worth it ;)
- No sound balls that can be used quietly. Medium size for small to medium hands. Large size for larger hands or more experienced users.
