Doesn’t hold its shape well
I was super excited about this bag because I thought it would be the perfect work tote. When it arrived it smelled HORRIBLE (like a seafood market) but I put some car fresheners in it which helped a lot. Then after only a couple days of use, it started leaning. This bag can hold A LOT but I was by no means overfilling it (I really love the capacity and storage pockets). There’s no reason it should have lost its structure just from carrying a laptop and a notepad. I’ve tried to straighten it back out, but one side is just crumpled and the bag doesn’t stand up on its own very well anymore.
