Effective recruitment tool that covers almost every part and task involved
I like most how easy it is for me as an employer or recruiter (or both) user of Viola RS! It has all kinds of features which are very helpful in managing my jobs / candidates effectively with minimum manual work needed from our side!! If you want more control over candidate profile information then go ahead otherwise this software will take care everything else related job posting/recruitment process management etc.. Nothing much but if they could make some minor changes here & there would be awesome. - Recruiting tools available through vioal rs have helped us improve hiring standards at one place.- Easy access to data about applicants makes recruiting easier than ever before.-- The dashboard view gives detailed insights into applicant details suchas resumes uploaded by them.
- All info's readily accessible without any effort required while recruitment
- A great tool especially when used togetherwith other softwares already put up(ex crm,talent 360..)and helps keep track easily
