the timer works fine but the magnetic spring clip on the back is poorly designed. For example, if you use this on a fridge with a magnet, the timer will stick to the fridge by default, but it will be unstable. So when you activate him (by pressing the buttons) you have to use one to stabilize him and press the buttons with the other hand. Designed or constructed slightly differently, this is not a problem. It is possible to operate the timer with one hand if you have very good dexterity, but this is still a design flaw. I "fixed" this error with a simple hack to stabilize the back of the timer, but then, after just a month or two, the spring clip with the magnet broke. And it didn't break from using the clip - the spring in the clip puts some pressure on the clip hinge even when the clip isn't holding anything. Apparently, this pressure is enough to break the loop in just a few months. We still use the timer, it's good and loud, but somehow not very elegant, it's lying around in the kitchen on the remains of a broken clip on the back.
