I'm 5ft 5in, 130-135lbs, 34D bust. I bought it in a small size, black. Overall, it worked great for me. The bathing suit beneath the flowing skirt was cut too high for my comfort. This dress/outfit would look great on someone comfortable enough to show their thighs in the bikini area.
