Customer service is useless. I bought it in December 2018 and around June 2019 the sound quality started to degrade. One of the headphones wasn't producing the same volume as the other and was static so I contacted them for help as the product comes with a 1 year warranty as well as an extended 6 month warranty which you can look out for can register. So my 1 year warranty has expired but I have a 6 month extended warranty that gives me until June 2020. I emailed them and they told me the warranty had expired and the 6 month extended warranty had also expired. They told me to take it to another place to fix it. Please don't waste your money, they are not durable, nor will they help you with product problems. Extremely disappointing.
