Review on HOMECOR by Jeff Rothstein

I was really dissatisfied with my recent order from HOMECOR for a wreath. The wreath itself was lovely, however my experience with the company's customer service was less than stellar. My order arrived much later than anticipated, and when I contacted support, they were rude and useless when I asked about the holdup. Also, I contacted customer service regarding the wreath arriving somewhat damaged, but I never heard back from them. My experience with HOMECOR's customer service was, on the whole, less than satisfactory. Their items are nice, but I was disappointed by how little they cared about their customers' needs. I really want HOMECOR to prioritize their customers' needs in the future so that everyone who works with them feels like they matter.
