Bad product

I bought this to make custom photo slots. It won't be traced directly, so you'll need to use a ruler to get a straight line. But the design doesn't make it easy to use a ruler. The product is also not easy to hold by the stand mount, so you have to worry about it accidentally falling and burning your work surface. Also, I received a combo pack of replacement tips for use with a heat tool, but the tips they sent do not work with the base unit as they have a different type of connection.
