Increase your protein intake without a blender!

I highly recommend this serum for boosting the protein content of most foods and liquids. I often meet people who want an (almost) tasteless product. It dissolves best in warm/hot liquids (soup, hot cocoa, coffee etc.). It can be put in hot/warm water and refrigerated. I've used this to make powdered milk, dilute juices and add flavored water enhancers like MIO Sport which also contains electrolytes. It goes well with creamy/spicy foods like mashed/mashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese, alfredo and tomato sauce. I've added it to baking mixes like cookie dough, cake batter, and pancakes. I haven't tried it with bread mixes or anything that rises. I encourage you to experiment with small batches. I made a homemade sauce using Greek yogurt, chicken or beef broth, onion flakes, whey powder, and spices. I like to use Tajin', Frank's Red Hot and various flavors from Mrs. Dash. I also add it to flavored yogurt and use it in frozen yogurt cake, as a fruit dip, or to boost the protein content of low-protein (non-Greek) yogurt! Finally, it's a great smoothie supplement!
