These glasses saved my eyes. I work on computers and am a full-time student, so I get a lot of screen time. My eyes used to be very tight and red for several days about once a month from the tension. I've been wearing these glasses lately and they definitely ease the strain. I'm very glad I have them. They don't look bad on you either :) The only downside is that they tint what you see slightly amber. It's barely noticeable, but at some settings it can give the impression that the lens is blurry.
