I originally purchased this product to use in a recipe to grow my eyelashes. However, I've also read that it can help reduce inflammation (though not chronically), so I started rubbing it into the tight tendons around the knee. Within 2 days the pain was significantly reduced and ultimately 80% better and I can now climb stairs again. This is a really good product and I will place another order. I really believe it helps with tendonitis pain. Update: It's been a few months since I first bought this emu oil. I love adding some lavender or peppermint essential oil before bed. So pretty!
