Ordered this chair as an addition to my living room. I received the item days before it was estimated to arrive and that was great. Assembling the legs was a breeze. Once I got to the back part of the chair 4 of the 5 screws went in perfectly. Excited about the almost finished product, the last screw just wouldn’t fit. I tried numerous things to try to get the screw to fit including unscrewing the previous screws as I thought the alignment was off. Come to find out, the 5th whole had fabric blocking the screw from entering, and there was no way for me to remove the fabric to get the screw in. I contacted the seller with an explanation of my problem and pictures as proof, and was offered $20 back. What am I going to do with $20 and a chair I can’t use? I optioned not to get any money back and asked can they just send out another back part of the chair because that was the only thing I really needed and I liked the chair so I didn’t want a full refund. I was ignored. I really don’t write reviews on products but as a paying customer I expected more.
