Worked great outdoors all winter
Used these all winter for my outdoor synced light display. I placed them on the bottom of the controller case and used dielectric grease to avoid moisture issues. Obviously they're not designed to be waterproof during use, but so far I've had no issues with water running down the case and cable without getting into the connector.
