Mouthguard to shape your mouth

The mouthguard is made of hard plastic-like rubber and is uncomfortable to put on. There is no universal size. I have a few extra teeth but I have a small mouth and my lower back doesn't allow me to close my mouth and align all my teeth so my jaw is constantly half open which causes a lot of pain. I was hoping this would give me some relief at night but it didn't work for me
