I like that it can be accessed via an easy-to navigate Web browser, which allows for quick entry of data into spreadsheets or word processing documents for further analysis. It's flexible enough to fit in with any business culture without being overbearing and too prescriptive about how you do things. There are some features (e.g., export) that aren't as intuitively implemented so we've had issues at times transferring information between various platforms. We have not found anything specifically negative but would certainly look elsewhere if there were specific problems identified. Our organization uses this tool daily when entering our inventory numbers against other users' numbers. This helps us stay organized throughout each year.
