Review on Movo WMX-20-DUO: 48-Channel UHF Wireless Lavalier Mic System - 2 Transmitters & 2 Lapel Mics - DSLR Compatible (330' Audio Range) by Antonio Rojas

I received this set with high expectations. Build quality was okay, but overall the setup felt good. I put the batteries in and started testing the mics. I immediately noticed that the static was insane. I tried adjusting the volume on the receivers as well as on my camera but couldn't find a solution. I switched different channels, restarted the system, tried different cameras and couldn't get rid of the noise. After about an hour of troubleshooting, the new batteries were dead. I was furious. I contacted support immediately and since they responded, it took them about 4 days to give me an answer. What was the answer? The lav mics I received were from a "bad lot". I had to contact Revain and get a refund. All in all, I probably won't use a MOVO product again out of fear. Their customer service was responsive, just not helpful. I wish this would work.
