Nice, firm cups of crème brûlée. Maybe not to reduce the sauce

Solid beautiful shapes. They will last for many years. My only downside - and it was mine - is that they are larger than the ones I replaced. These are nearly the size of creme brulee shapes, not the smaller ones that could fit in any dip bowl. I save them when I find a use, but I would only pour my entire reduction sauce into two molds if I filled them halfway. But still good solid shapes.
