My tea never gets cold! I love this little heater. It's as expected and my tea stays hot while it's on so I can sip and enjoy it for a long time. I would suggest when your cup is about half empty, turn the heat setting down to medium as the liquid can get quite hot when small amounts are high. I've read complaints about the beeping sound but to be honest I think the dryer buzzer is a lot worse. no problem for me. I especially like that the on/off button is right on the front.
