Wrong, only 1 is adjustable.
In general, a decent set. My friend is a CW Flash fan so he was really looking forward to the zip set but be aware the designs do NOT intertwine as it is not symmetrical. Luckily, men's rings are adjustable, women's are not. Women are naturally smaller. I have a size 8 on my ring finger and they didn't even fit my ankle. I will look for the best designs.
